When we first begin, we will take a look at your home and chose it's unique features that we want to showcase! Every home is special and marketing those features in the correct ways is what gets a home sold!

Once we have decided to work together I will order up inspections for the house. In the Bay Area inspections are a must when looking to receive strong offers. The three basic inspections are roof, pest and home inspection. Once we receive back the inspection reports we can review them together and decide if any repairs will likely add value to the home.

Staging a home gives the buyers a chance to see your home in the perfect light! A home stagers job is to make a buyer feel at home. Sometimes when a home is not staged the personal items can make a buyer feel as if they are tip toeing through another persons house. 

Studies have shown that a staged home on average sells 73% faster and with a 1%-5% increased sales price. 

Professional Photos are so crucial that I offer that service on the house! As your Realtor I will make sure that your home is in the most pristine marketing condition. 

Once it is time to hit the market you will receive a schedule with my lined up marketing tactics. For highest exposure I offer my clients a broker tour slot, a twilight tour for neighbors and friends, and of course multiple professional held open houses.
